River Maintenance Supervisor Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 (depending on experience) plus vehicle
The Medway Internal Drainage Boards manage surface water and land drainage in the North Kent and Medway Valley catchment areas.
The post involves managing all work undertaken by the direct workforce, protecting the Boards' interests in development and environmental matters and liaising with the general public.
We require applicants for the above position who have experience in supervision, are self motivated with good communication and organisational skills to manage two separate workforces. Knowledge of Health and Safety is essential and experience in the water industry is desirable.
The position offers a competitive salary, company vehicle, a minimum of 26 days annual leave and the opportunity to join a local government pension scheme.
