Chief Executive Officer – Somerset Drainage Board Consortium
Salary – £60,000 – £75,000 (strictly dependent on qualifications, skills and experience)
This is an exciting position for an enthusiastic, versatile professional seeking a new challenge in providing high quality services, working closely with Board members, staff, public, contractors and partners. You will be an inspirational leader with exceptional motivational, communication, organisational and time management skills. You will also be a quick learner with an understanding of governance, risk, staff management, strategic finance and business growth. You are likely to have experience of setting policy and being accountable for budgets and human resources. A financial qualification is an advantage as is experience in an environment where legislation, rules, procedures and guidelines are followed.
