Advisory Committee


The ADA Advisory Committee guides ADA’s Board of Director on the management and finances of the association as a corporation and membership body. The Committee supports ADA’s Board of Directors in setting the strategic direction of ADA.

The Committee helps order, regulate, and supervise ADA’s finances, monitoring the overall financial performance of the association, recommending the annual budget to deliver ADA’s strategic objectives, and proposing subscription fee levels to ADA’s Board of Directors. The Committee helps ensure that ADA’s corporate governance framework reflects good practice and sound running, overseeing matters related to ADA’s external auditor. The Committee guides ADA’s Board of Directors in the remuneration and conditions of service for employees of the association, and the organisation, running, and finances of events, projects, and contracts undertaken by ADA.
