New climate change report highlights flooding and coastal change as urgent risk to the UK


On 12 July the Adaptation Sub-Committee of the Committee on Climate Change (CCC) published a new independent report to Government, UK Climate Change Risk Assessment Evidence Report sets out the most urgent risks and opportunities arising for the UK from climate change.

The report included flooding and coastal change within its six most urgent risks for the UK resulting from these changes.
