Summary	ADA has engaged in the process of workshops and engagement that Defra have undertaken to develop a Long-Term Management Plan for Beavers in England. Defra intends for the Plan to bring together clear principles, practical guidance and support for earlier planning, joined up working and informed decision-making regarding beavers in England. ADA’s response are comments raised having recieved a copy of the draft Long-Term Management Plan from Defra on 17 August 2026.
